Farm and Facilities
Located in Northern
Virginia on approximately thirty acres. Facilities include the
brand new Main barn, the Shed Row barn, a large ring, round pen,
free jumping arena, and lots of turn out for the horses.

- All was built with the horses'
comfort and safety as first priority. From the field lay-out
and sizes to the state-of-the-art barn with its focus on

- 8 large, matted stalls with fans
- one extra large foaling/layup stall with viewing window
- all stalls have dutch doors with top windows allowing natural light in all weather
- auto fly system
- heavy duty air vent to keep fresh air circulating
- apartment occupying half of the hayloft so that we can keep an eye on the horses at all times
- Heated hot/cold wash stall
- Heated office, tack room, & bathroom

The shed row barn has large 14x14 stalls all with at least one window. It provides extra stalls when needed and also serves as a quarantine barn for new arrivals.

-Pasture sizes range from very small, with or without grass
to our favorite
- large and grassy, and most of the fields have run-in sheds
with lightning rods.
- there is a full sized grass ring with jumps,
- a free jumping arena and a round pen both with all weather
euro felt footing,
- there are also a variety of jumps around the property
continually being built, from coops to stone walls,
and a bank jump.
